Reservations and enquiries are best made by e-mail, but telephone and fax are perfectly acceptable.

Payment:  We accept Visa and Mastercard payments for bills over 400 euros.  Smaller bills must be settled in cash - local and major foreign currencies are accepted. 

Confirmation:  Reservations must be guaranteed by credit card, but no charge will appear on your card until your departure, subject to the cancellation policy below.  Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a written confirmation from us.

Cancellation Policy:  Confirmed reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days in advance of the arrival date. Cancellations made 7-13 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the value of the reserved stay.  For cancellations within one week of arrival, the entire amount of the stay will be charged to the credit card supplied.
