Breakfast at Dar Roumana includes an array of freshly
baked breads and pastries
prepared
every morning, fresh fruit juices, spiced coffee and teas,
preserves, yoghurts and various hot dishes. Guests may take breakfast in
their rooms, in the shaded courtyard, or on the roof terrace.
Dinner is served from Tuesday to Saturday on the roof terrace or in the patio, or during winter months, in the cosy salons. Menus are created daily using the best seasonal produce and local flavours, but our menus are rarely strictly traditional Moroccan cuisine. Three-course meals including mineral water and tea or coffee are 300 dirhams per person. Our chef is happy to accommodate special dietary requirements when possible (please specify when booking). Non-residents are welcome to dine at Dar Roumana, but we do ask that reservations be phoned in by 11am on the day or 24 hours in advance for parties of 6 or more.
